Servicios Especiales de Ingeniería - SEDISA, S.A., was founded in 1988 by engineers Juan Ramón Fernández Jorge and Eusebio Cuadrado Quijada in order to provide engineering services, mainly in the industrial sector and more specifically in the field of energy saving. Originally SEDISA devote much of their work to the implementation of the method of third-party investors (Third Party Financing) in energy savings in industry, later extended its activity to the construction of power generation plants, the development of industrial facilities in general and a field of great importance today, operation and maintenance of power plants |
